The GT350R prototype, piloted here by Jerry Titus at Willow Springs, California in January, 1965.

Note the original design reversed hood scoop, designed by Peter Brock.

Pete Brock has replicated the hood he wanted for the OVC R Models. This one also has the front apron he wanted. 002 is easy to spot. It has the large rear wheel openings that SCCA nixed. The production R Models got smaller flaring.

Yes. They even had a guy that flew 100+ mph drones next to the car on the front straight. They were very loud and the battery was only good for about 3 minutes.
