Title: Motor Mount Experience Feedback Requested
Post by: WT6066-2600 on June 05, 2024, 06:44:26 PM
Helping build a replica 68 Shelby convertible small block street driving car.

Looking for driving feedback on original motor mount parts compared to "Prothane Polyurethane" or other materials.

Thanks

The Polyurethane anything is a bit hasher as in slight more vibration as it is not meant to be flexible like OEM to minimize vibration. They can take a beating as in drag and road race driven cars compared to stock. They are more expensive. If you already have them use them but if not I wouldn't waste the money if as you say for a street driven car.  Just me.
