That's a big used car lot! They don't seem so rare. ;)
Makes a little concerning from a security point of view. Any natural disaster could take them out. As long as they keep moving and don't congregate for too long. What a turn on to see them all together like that.
Yeah pretty awesome stuff

You have insurance, fuggedaboutit !
And....I love your choice of title for this topic
Insurance is nice as a safety net. But I would rather have the car than an insurance payout.
It was a great trip, (mine was one of the blue ones). About 1000 miles with a group of people doing with the cars what Shelby intended.
Oh, and BTW, they had a security guards in the parking lot every night. :)
That is an impressive array of heavy metal. What were the starting and ending points? Any more videos that anyone has posted? I will have to live this one vicariously. Was yours the Hertz?
We were based out of Santa Fe and had daily excursions from there. No, mine was one of the Blue with white stripes. It's amazing how these 60 year old cars just had no problems making the trips. Get out there and drive em.
Wow. That is awesome. Thank you for sharing the video / pictures.

So the answer to the question, 'which one is yours?'... the white one!
All we are missing is Pardee in a seersucker suit.
...So where will this wonderful gig be in 2025? At SAAC 50? Or...

The white one WITH the blue stripes.
First off, "convoys" are illegal in some states. The definition will likely vary from state to state on what one is. Secondly, I don't know how the State Police would impound 51 cars but you could all be charged with "Conspiracy" since the local officer wouldn't be able to identify the specific vehicle targeted and would accuse all of conspiring?

I used to put on Super Cruises, my first one went from Tallahassee to Big Daddy's Museum in Ocala. I had about 45 cool Vehicles on the Cruise. At the Drivers Meeting, I told everyone that I was cruising down to Ocala for the Day at the Museum and there is nothing I can do to stop you from following me. I put on 9 Big Daddy Cruises and several others with no problems. I miss doing that.
