Appears to be a reproduction. The elongated intake ports should be 4 evenly spaced/sized apertures for a square bore carburetor. The firing order script looks too large nor does it have a s1ms ID. The lower lid is missing a breather port. Value?

Not a reproduction but the C90X intake was one of the last if not the last version Cobra intake you could buy over the counter from Ford before being obsoleted by Ford. Once it was obsoleted was when there was a incentive by the aftermarket to come up with a Cobra intake. The elongated intake ports was what Ford started doing to their intake starting in 1969. Ford stopped using the S1MS marked intake after 1965. With improved breathing modifications Ford marked those intakes and all of the many versions of that with S2MS 1966-68. The air cleaner base is most likely a after market replacement with little value.
Air cleaner lid looks like an original early "double hump" version, IIRC it was used on some Cobras.
It could be a base for a double hump early lid given the absence of the breather indention on a typical repro open element base as seen in the black circle. Hard to say for sure unless a early date code can be found metal stamped into the base. I can't distinguish one from the picture provided. A date code is absent in the OP picture but may be concealed by paint.
Bob, would a C90X Ford unit have any stampings or casting IDs on the bottom? I never examined one up close.

I never paid that much attention because of it's lack of historical context in my GT350 interests. The C9OX marking is clue enough so you don't have to go any farther. There was /is relatively little demand for that one and consequently was not reproduced.
