Craig, my car (#229) was purchased from Galpin by the first owner after rental use. Very cool, and I have not seen one of these flyers before.
I like this thread. I will blow it up with the ridiculous amount of GT-H stuff I have collected over the years.
My first item is the one and only 2006 GT-H production banner that hung in the old Las Vegas production facility in North Las Vegas before they moved. It hung over the production facility for years before I acquired it.

cant add a like button, but here is a I like ike button...
We all know the 1:18 2006 GT-H die cast cars the were made in several versions (as seen in the first picture) but there was a prototype of that die cast car.
The second picture is the prototype of the 1:18 2006 die cast that was ultimately produced for Shelby. There were at least 3 versions of the 2006 1:18 die cast model that was sold over the years. The prototype car was sent to me by one of the former Shelby managers a few years ago.

When the 2016 GT-H was unveiled at the New York International Auto Show in March of 2016 there were several Shelby executives and Media VIP's that attended the event. Many of the VIP's had passes that allowed them access to the new 2016 GT-H and I was lucky enough to have a former Shelby executive send me a couple of the passes.
One is a Team Member pass and the other is a Media VIP pass.

Here's a "three in one" picture with some cool items.
This picture includes GT-H Hertz prototype emblems that were proposed for the 2006 cars. Ultimately both prototype color proposals were rejected and the emblems that wound up on all 06 and 07 cars were finished in chrome (second picture).
The GT-H licence plate and the small key chains (in both pictures) were items that Shelby sold at the old Las Vegas Museum.
The 2007 GT-H patch that's in the first picture was given out to employees and were intended to be sewn onto their 2006 GT-H employee jackets. I'll show you that jacket in a future post.

Things aren't worth what we want them to be worth, what we paid for them, or what we emotionally wish for them to be worth. Their values are determined by the market, based on what others will pay
Therein lies the answer : something is worth what someone else will pay for it.

Allot of the items I acquired were from the ShelbyAuctionsSite on ebay. When they were moving from the North Las Vegas location to the new Vegas strip location they were selling to ton of items off on their ebay site. I bought a bunch of the GT-H and Terlingua items they had hanging at the old museum. I also had a couple of friends who worked at Shelby so I was able to acquire a few other cool and rare GT-H items that were never publicly available.
I loved the old museum and I like the new strip location but my addiction to buying this sort of stuff has subsided over the past couple of years

Thanks you do have a great collection

Here is a ring from the 2006 Shelby GT H program
Allegedly one of six made for Shelby/Ford Executives.
I've got 2 of the rings. I'm away on holidays for a month but I'll post pictures of both rings when I get home in a month or so.

The Colors are great. Ford had it hanging inside and when my Friend got it, he hung it inside his Storage Room that is inside his Garage so it saw no Sun Light. I buddy wanted offered me $500 for it but I wouldn't know how to safely ship it to him in Texas.

And their in lies the problem....
That is why all the stuff I am selling, needs to be picked up, not trying to be difficult
I know its condition when it's in my control, once you put it into a "carrier's" hands.....well you just don't know what it will become
By the way take the $500 and run !
Then you have these artifacts....
a great friend is selling his GTH and just offered me this for $200 and the stock mat
All I got to say is sold sold sold and mine
More options / memorabilia for out 2007 GTH
friends .... priceless !
I've been tempted to buy a 06 GTH - and paint it RED. I figure that will be cheaper than building a RED clone. My personal plate would be NOT 843

Gold Shelby GTH 1966/2006 Hertz 40th Anniversary Ring
Allegedly only eight were made.
In 2006, then Shelby American President Amy Boylan, commissioned a Wisconsin jeweler to make some wax prototype rings and bracelets.
These gold GT-H rings were approved to be given out to Ford, Shelby and Hertz executives at the 2006 Shelby GT-H unveiling.
These rings were given out to Carroll Shelby, Jim Owens, Joe Jacuzzi, Gary Patterson, Gary Davis, Robert Parker and Akos Feher.
Pretty rare
You may be kool, but not the 50th anniversary GTH tshirt kool !
Still another "Cult Car" couture
Simply rare
Does anyone know the origin of this mini poster? This is printed on semi-gloss paper and measures the standard paper size of 8-1/2 x 11". I'm familiar with the picture but haven't seen one with an intro date before.
