Decision was made on pictures of car with similar build date w/ large letter
got it

Still learning here.  The RWL tires vs black wall tires on this car, was that due to build date?

I think they do look visually correct for 67, 3 nubs for the hubcaps, and the smaller center.  Seems odd that there aren't any markings on the hub, would expect to see a 67 stamped, a number for the date, and a ford logo.

If your plan is to restore them , its going to be somewhere in $150-$250 range for each hubcap.

Thats been my experience. Even then you need a very good set to start with.

A good set means

Good chrome on the cast center section
No pimples anywhere
No broken lugs
Decent stainless pie plates without gouges or excessive rub marks

Just getting to that starting point usually involves buying several sets

Truer words have never been spoken.......I lost count of how many set i had to buy to get decent centers

Given the price surprised to see dents on the underside.

they look like adjustable shocks that were used in 64/65 falcons

i always thought finding pristine centers was the challenge.  The pie plates are stainless, and dents can be fixed by the right person

There is no radiator support. There are no inner fender aprons, no shock towers, no firewall, no front frame rails , no floor, no doors, no original fiberglass, no door window glass, no windshield, no engine.

No serial numbers, no title.

:o

good points Pete.......But its a real shelby....good luck with that one

You will not a find a finer original looking and fitting system than Scott Fuller's products.  His is essentially bolt in.  Others you will fight with to get them to fit.

i wouldn't be concerned with applying it, however removing it would be a greater concern
