My spacer came in, 1/4" thick and now I have transmission kickdown rod issue's, it appears its to long.? anyone have this issue?

Bob, thanks for responding and verifying the setup that I used is probably as close to factory as I can get. This seems to work just fine and it works with my hood seal and seems to run fine, so I'm pleased.  :)

Did the GT350 come from the factory with a spacer under the carburetor? Mine had a 1" aluminum spacer, but no foam seal under the hood, so when I installed new foam seal on air grab hood its to tight, had to install a 1/4" spacer for it to work.
