Does this setup look correct? The flat bar seems to be an add on. Perhaps someone can post a pic of how their seat belts are installed?

Can someone tell me if they know what these green wires are for? They were they were not previously hooked up to anything.

Noticed these numbers on underside of hood when removing paint during restoration, perhaps someone can shed light on the meaning/purpose? Appears to be 1032
