I have a NOS dual exhaust rear valance panel for sale the will fit a 67 or 68 Mustang or Shelby. The valance is also in excellent condition and is in red primer. The valance comes in its original box that it was shipped in. The part number stamped on the box and the part is C7ZZ-6540544-D. Price is $550 plus shipping. Looks like I can capture what what has been presented do far and add a few more to the list of what might be referred to as the two rivet two piece style of lower side scoop or something like that. Seems like these are maybe the last version of the functional lower scoops in 67 production.
Took some additional time to look for some more pictures of examples and now have 6 cars total by my counting. All built at SA (as listed in registry) around 4/3-4/19 1967
