Unless you're traveling before 6:00 am or after 8:00pm allow for heavy traffic everywhere during the week. The weekend is somewhat better but still can be tough.
I know that is not a lot of help but in general I would add 30-60 minutes to your travel time. If you catch the traffic right and get there early you'll have more time to hang out at the track.
