Thank you Sir! So looks like the lap belt end gets stacked on the shoulder belt looking at the circled "A" diagram.  That's what I needed to know.

Any one know the order the seat belts were attached on the hump?  Lap belt first, the shoulder belt on top?, or the other way around?  Thanks.

One of the big factors for me is the distance between the straight leg of the "R" and the letter "A".  The pocket for the wing nut is deeper than most reproductions out there. (pictures are vintage 1967 Ford Long Lead technical conference via Martyn Schorr). Chris
