What is the correct woodgrain type for the door pull end caps.  What is on the car and other unmolested car looks different from all the other interior woodgrain?

Reminds me of the Cougar burlwood.

I beg to differ the excellent repros that I got from Chris did look the same burl.Typical repros look the same wood grain as the dash.

A little off topic question:  A while back (Years ago), there was a Company that reproduced all the interior Woodgrain Decals for the 68 Shelby's in different shades.  They even did it in "Blackwood" like what was used on the sides of the Lincoln Blackwood Pick Up Beds.  Is anyone still making those?

Recently purchased full set of woodgrain decals from Mr. Gs Enterprises in Forth Worth. Decals had thickness, texture and color which closely matched my original dash trim pieces. I bought to have should I decide to add AC. No color options unlike my 69 Mach One teak?  In fact, I like the presentation of the decals much better than the restored piece.

West Coast Classic Cougar offers door pull repro decals in burlwood decals which also appear to be good quality.

Hold on. 1967 and 1968 XR7 door pull end caps, are different between the years.
