I bought a 2018 GT350R brand new, with 65 KM on it, from the Ford dealer back in November. The dealer agreed to store the car for me until the spring. Well, The car arrived today on an enclosed trailer.

I would have taken it out for a drive today if the weather had been better. It looks like I am going to have to wait until the weekend to take it out. I have never driven one but I am excited to get in it and see what she's got.....Greg.

I will get some pictures for you this weekend. Raining here for two days so the car will remain in the garage.

Greg.

Got the car out for a little spin. I snapped a couple of pictures before I put it in the garage.

There were not very many in the gray were there?

So, is it all you hoped - is the sound addictive?

Looks great!

Looks like a weapon of terror for the neighborhood. Enjoy!

Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

I have not had a chance to get it out and let it go. They say you should wait till you get 100 miles on the car before you do let it go and I only have about 55 miles on it know.

Not sure how many gray ones were built but I love the color. I took my daughter out for a ride in it and put it on the noisy exhaust. When we were bout a block away from my place, she had me turn the exhaust down to normal. What a difference. The track exhaust sounded great, I may have to leave it there when I take it out.

I sold my '67 GT500 and purchased this one. I miss the '67 but I am sure I will get over it once I get this one out more.

Congrats, Greg!

Those cars are a great ride.  I had a regular GT350 at one point and a GT350R at another point.  Both were great cars, and the R model was just insane.  Personally, I could really tell a difference between the two cars, even if that difference was primarily due to the tires / wheels (which is what some people argue).

Cheers!
Nothing beats a classic!

I read the original post as "new with 65k miles" not 65 KM as stated. Whoa. Spent some time behind a GT350R on the track in my 07 GT500. Not a lot of time ...  :o
