Help ID PS Pulley

What is the application for power steering pulley D00R-B.  Also is stamped with an S and is 6.25" in diameter. Just pulled it from a pump dated 9W9? Thanks.

It was used on 1970 - 71 351C in many applications including Mustang / Cougar / Comet / Fairlane etc. Not sure what other applications but not uncommon.
