Brake rotors and drums

After a long storage  my GT500 needs new brake rotors and drums. What is the best brake rotor and brake drum closest to original that is best to use? I am not interested in import replacements. I would like the car to get judged by the powers that be when done.

If original parts on the car and serviceable, best to restore them.

There are no exact replacements available via aftermarket.
