Over the counter wood wheel horn button question.

Would a 1966 over the counter wood wheel have come with the gt350 and cobra horn button or the CS button?

I would think that when the wheel was purchased with a horn button the buyer might have a choice on which sticker. I would think a GT 350 owner would pick a matching sticker, but it could as well been a luck of the draw.  Attached are three images. The first two I believe is what you're referring to. The third is also a version I have seen, but might be a wheel center cap sticker.

Have you ever seen the CS one on a car? I have seen the CS button (in photo's) but not on a car.
