C6TZ-10A545-E transistorized voltage regulator harness

Looking for the sub wire harness for the transistorized voltage regulator, C6TZ-10A545-E, that connects to the standard, black 4 wire voltage regulator harness, and then to the transistorized regulator and field relay.  It may have an identification sticker of C6TB-10A545-E or maybe C8TB-10A545-A.  If someone has one for a pattern, I can have some made.
