Honker,
I wonder if the GT 40 was electric or Gas ?
The electric cars used Ford starters for the motor,
A std car battery was used for hours of running time.
The 50s Ferrari used what appears to be a Italian starter.
Many were simply refered to as JR electric cars.

GT 350 Shelb,
The formula one unit is really cool. Love the euro gas engine.
I am curious, are you going to sell it ?
Respectfully,
John

Is this the first futuristic exotic in the world?

When I was a kid I wanted to build a car to race around the neighborhood. My midget was too noisy so it was going to be electric. I remember Popular Mechanics had an article on how to rebuild a starter to make it use less juice and more reliable for carts.

The little F1 engine is US built - I've got a new one in the garage my dad picked up somewhere. I'd have to restore it in BRG too many people think that those red Italian cars were the only things on the track.

every thing  has a price   LOL
Some where some one is driving their collector car for the last time but they don't know it . Drive your car every time like it could be the last memory of it .
