At what approximate serial numbers did they stop using the flat caps?

Less than 100 cars (maybe 50 at the most) seem to have had them. 

Because of the not strict completion order at Shelby American a time of when was it fazed-out would better define the count.

I just received a fresh batch of the emblem adapters. If you're thinking you need one or for a spare, now might be a good time, I got 12)yesterday and Im at 7) today. I also include the mounting hardware for your convenience.
