I'm not taking on any new work at this time.  But I did a carb inventory today.
If there is anything you need me to save or reserve for you, just let me know, I'd be happy to tag it and contact you at a later date.

I do NOT sell cores.  I would restore any of those listed below.  I never have the time nor interest in restoring a carb until someone needs it, so I post lists like this once in awhile.

I recently purchased a 1966 Gt350 that was produced on 6-21-1966 and is missing the original carb. What would be the correct dated carb for that date build?

Trying to help Drew, Carbs were added at the Cleveland engine plant so that would have to be taken into account for logistics.

Auto or stick? I know the Hertz cars used a different carb

For what it's worth, I'm not a shelby expert... just a holley nerd. I'm sure a separate post on this SAAC forum would yield you more accurate answers regarding what was on your car.
