speedometer cable lenght

66 1122 t10m cast/cast, feb build. anybody know what the ORIGINAL cable length is? using the original housing, cable broke, being told that 4 speeds all use the same cable, but had same issue on another t10 66. it is not the same as toploader or any of the replacement cables from all of our vendors. i will keep original housing but will buy anything fore the core.

MPC lists the same cable assembly for both T-10 and Toploader, C5OZ-17620-A, 64.92" total length. Cable core be should the same...

thanks dave, there is some kind of change though,  had this issue on another mustang with top loader hipo, now my green car somebody must have stolen the inner speedo cable. no signs of forced entry and they put it all back together. want to keep original housing, bought repop unit and will pilfer the core only and cut to fit. shhhh! scoops

found the original, its 58 1/2 long. cable housing is original, undercoated when new
