Fog lamp support mounting

Hi all, My Dad and I are currently building a 350 clone. My Dad owned car restored 00333 in 2006 and I'm now building my own. We have all the necessary parts and books on 68 Shelbys but we're struggling to figure out how to mount the foglamp support brace to the brackets even with the parts manual/diagrams. Would anyone on here have a picture(s) of the support mounted to the brackets?

I can send you a pic of one still attached to the front valance but off the car if that helps some. I'd mount mine just to see but with all my brackets restored but the support not I don't want to mess with it yet. Does the mountinf of the support brackets help?
