Lucked out and found wiring harnesses (i think) and bezels for both.

Some repairs to the wiring but all appear to be functional.

Question - the three harness i have each have a different colored end at the bulb socket. RED - Belts light (has the relay wired in), Green and yellow - for the Park break warning light?

I know there were at least 2 more warning lights (Fuel and Door) of similar construction.

Does the color of the bulb holder signify anything?

I only have the Park light. It is the yellow socket with a green and a black wire.

the wiring and the socket play no part in the function,,,
the belt relay is a actually a circuit breaker / controlled the grd side of the circuit,  when the key is turned on power is supplied and the lamp is lit, after about 10 to 15 seconds the relay elemnt inside is warmed up and opens the  grd of circuit to turn off the lamp, if it does not function, 99.5 precent of the time the relay /breaker is bad, i have had them bad out of the box, so does not mean it is good when new, keep that in mind,
the park lamp is basic same way, the grd is attached to the park brake, when park brake is applied the copper strap grds the the arm of  park brake is turned on, lamp is lit, there is a hard plastic cover on the tip of park lamp switch that when the park brake is off, the circuit is open and takes away the grd,

So , both belt and park lights have power at all times with key on and are both controlled by ground,
 hope this helps, bob
