1970 GT350 Shift Knob

Does anyone make reproduction shift knobs for 70 Shelby's? I'm referring the to the all walnut 4 speed looking shift knobs. Where these the same for the 350's and 500's?  I can't seem to find OE or reproductions for sale.

Thanks! I saw you have a repo on there. How do you tell the difference between a repo and original? What would be a fair price for a used original?

Depends on the wear on the knob nice ones are hard to find.

+1 . Typically all you will find are ones that are worn to some visible degree . It is very very rare that you will find any used one that is usable for a restored show car. The reproduction that Ed has are extremely authentic looking.

How should one like this be priced?

I have had worn knobs restored & new groves cut in the worn areas but they have been used or sold off years ago. A woodgrain steering wheel restorer can make them look much better if worn bad or u can do it yourself with a scribber or engraving tool.

I have had that done also. I got rid of all of my redone ones after seeing one of the repros.  It can be done but is it worth the trouble now that the excellent repo is now available ? The typically redone original may sometimes but not always look as good as but not better then the new repro . At least all of the ones I have had and compared to .
