carburetor restoration

need to know who is doing the best work restoring carbs these days. I'm restoring are 67 GT350 that i aready restored many ago. carb has been reworked but has really bad smoke damage so i would like to have it cleaned and maybe have some parts replated. who is the best at this??? it is a holly carb not 4100. thanks Jeremy

Drew Pojedinec. It doesn't get any better. 
These are my BJ-BJ's that no matter what I did ran rich. He's on Facebook and both FE forums.
Here are my carbs on his vehicle before he returned them.
