1968 Shelby Shift Lever and Knob

I purchased this lever for my car but found out there were 2 different bolt spacings.  This has the wider spacing (measured about 2" center to center).  My car had the narrower spacing.  So I am selling this setup. 
The knob is what came on my car when I bought it.  I know nothing about its history.  I do know it has the rounded 3.  I am asking $150 plus shipping.  I can deliver it at SAAC 44 if desired.
