Engine Lift hooks were suppose to be removed after the engine install. Were all of them removed all the time? Doesn't appear so or we would not have any to use on restorations

The mounts for the PS and alternator were typically not painted from the original cars I have pictures of so the retaining hardware would not have been installed when the engine was painted

appreciate the great input...on the oil pan drain bolt, what is the correct head markings,i have seen an F and a C on some and others with just circular machine marks...also what are the head dimensions...thx keith

Keith checked and I have nothing that shows the head markings for this particular application.
