My wife gave me a great book for Christmas! "Carroll Shelby A Collection of my Favorite Racing Photos" by Art Evans with Carroll Shelby. This is a biography in pictures of Shelby's life racing along with his commentaries about the photos.  It's a great insight into his life...and what a life it was! Steve McQueen may have been known as "The King of Cool" but 'ol CS was certainly "royalty" in the same court! www.cartechbooks.com

FWIW, the site above shows it available in "paperback".  I believe this is a misprint but, if you call, ask.  Mine is hardcover, purchased at Barnes & Noble for $34.95
