So, this is not the venue to sing the praises of this car, but it seems like a nice car.

First of all, if it's a true Shelby, ya got that, with all the design styling of a Shelby and it's in comparative better mechanical and structural shape than a Shelby that's been left outdoors, unprotected from the weather. This car is also no worse than one of those Eleanore cars that sold for what most of us would say was "Stupid money."

I can't say it's one of my top 10,000 Shelbys and the price is not one that I think is remotely reasonable. But, considering the adage of a butt for every seat ant that there seems to be a market for over priced Eleanore cars, I will speculate that this car will sell for more than any SAAC member would pay.

Let's see how it does.

Personally, I like it and hope it sells.  I am planning something similar where I will be doing 25 Shelby's.

It's "Shelbys". No apostrophe.  You could always resurrect the name... Unique Performance II and knock them off with Chloe Shelby signed dashes.

I noted the comments of hatred for clone/tribute/replica vehicles which I don't care if you have a playboy pink one. I hate the so-called continuation cars which aren't Shelbys and shouldn't ever be looked on as Shelbys. When you destroy a real car with this kind of "low rider" tech, paint the roll bar pad pink parchment I see it more as the desecration of the vehicle. Yes, there are no shortages of people with bad taste. This goes to just that point.

I have no problem with those who want to do their own signature style on a common Mustang.  Some alterations or mods are not a big deal.  Heck, I have changed things on my 66 on the mechanical internals, but not the visual items.  Extensive mods on a pedigree make me think of a new owner of the Taj Mahal deciding it would look better in candy apple red surrounded by a large parking lot. Like altered rides, someone will love it.

But then again, I have been told by many that I have no taste.
