Ability to attach pictures

does this capability need to be granted to me or do i need  to turn that feature on? I have no ability to attach and that option isn't below my reply box. Thanks

You have the ability

Go to gallery on tool bar

See below first image, you have to click on this line of text to reveal the upload options.

The second image is the revealed options.  The green arrow is where you click to go find the image in your system to upload and the violet arrow is where you click to upload more images to that same reply, maximum of 4 per reply.

After you've linked the images you want to attach then click the blue POST button in the lower right (seen in the first image but got cropped-out in the second image)
