Hoods and hinges

Were Shelbys in the March 66 time frame shipped to SAI without hoods? If so, were the hood hinges installed? If the hood hinges were installed, were they installed with or without springs?

Believe you will find that they were shipped with hinges but without springs or hoods. So not additional or extra scratches in the plating if that is what your thinking though the lower bolts may have needed repositioning but have not seen evidence not looked for it on an original car as of now.
