Hi---is there any possible way to tell difference between ---with thac. or without thac. board---part # C9ZZ10K843-T does that mean anything---thank you

   Just a guess here.  Factory tach or without factory tach.

That number comes up as the same used to at least identify the reproductions made for tach applications in 69

Confirm by looking at the tach side as it will will not have attachments for dual gauges as installed on non-tach clusters
