Something doesn't add up as the green 67 has a later rear valence panel.

Yes, if it is #156 then it seems as though a few thing have been "changed" over the years, some noted in the registry.

The grill in the images does not look to be the angled/slanted - note the strip along the lower edge of the upper section.  If it is they cut it to locate the kill switch which would be a shame.  Four chrome trim rings on the headlights and as Texas Swede noted the rear valance is the later version, too late for #156.  It does seem to have early flat tail light panel.

I would think #156 would have the plates for the inboard grille hi-beams.

The Upper Scoop Lights were noted in the registry as having been removed at one time.  That might explain why the ones on the car look to be a different style and located back a bit more than originals.

Looks like the owner has a real running and enjoys it, must get a lot of attention if France!

Rich, have you figured out which car the '67 with the outboards yet?

Thanks all for posting.

This one was there as well :

Hey!!! Claude drove your '66 Coupe...Nice to see him behind the wheel of a Hi-Po Mustang again even if it's not a R model.

This '68 looks nice. The front license plate nearly blocks the entire lower grille area, good thing it's only a GT350.

JD,
Lot of good points. Check out the YouTube video in reply #11. It shows the car does indeed have the plates for the grille light mounting. It also does appear to be a vertical upper grille with that lower strip. Good catch. I'll update our posted list.

The Acapulco blue car is #2607. It was also at the 2010 Mans Classic up for auction.
