1965/1966 Ray Brown seat belt help

I recently came across 3/4 of a set of short buckle 65/66 style Ray Brown seatbelts. The original seatbelts for 6S281 I've been missing since at least 1972. I am extremely happy to have found what I have. Does anyone have any of the parts to build a buckle section for one seat belt? I would also appreciate any restoration help or advice applying to these seatbelts. Leather? Rivets? Re-chroming etc.
