It's in the picture on the box in two places E5TZ-XXX-X so it doesn't look identical to the ones used in the 1960's - 70's.

True, this part is the last updated part ( now obsolete I am told) that has "bevelled" corners. The first version C6AZ # has more of a square corner and tough to find NOS. Hope that helps
