Aluminum Tag

My car I believe has a repro aluminum tag. It is fully verified through SAAC. I am just wondering if anyone might have a 67 Tag that they may have collected years ago.

Who has in their "collection" a original Shelby VIN tag hanging around in an album, in a tool box, under their bed, in a registry as a book mark, on display, maybe... (gulp)... on a car that is not what it is, or etc.?

I would imagine there are many original tags just sitting somewhere that should be passed to the rightful car.

I am asking mostly about 67's...

There are two types of original VIN tags  There are ones with the VIN stamped into them for the car that they were meant to be on and ones that are blank. This is a subject not typically meant to be discussed on a public forum IMO.
