Have you tried Fred Ballard to see whether he has one?  Fred rebuilds Carter fuel pumps and sometimes has some for sale.

Fred Ballard does have one that would fit the ticket on his Ebay site. It does not have the dual springs but gives the look and they perform very well. What I have been using for years. If you want the correct hi-po dual spring then be prepared for at least double this price.
