Blackout behind front turn signals for 69

Can someone tell me what black goes behind the turn signals? Is it flat, satin, semi gloss?

Satin or Semigloss . The same as used on the tail panel and end caps.

I was fortunate in the the repaint on my car was done over the original and the "maroon"  color used was a very transparent color so I could easily see the black out area on it since they were not that diligent on that lower area of the car when repainted.
