Front sway bar diameter

My early car #100 finished in December 1968 currently has a 13/16 or 21mm diameter away bar.  It has a green paint daub.  Is it possible this bar came on my small suspension car?

69/70 Shelby came with a 15/16 (.95) diameter sway bar regardless of it GT350 or 500. If the bar is not the 15/16 bar then it is a extreme likelihood that it has been replaced by a previous owner/repair shop. There is a reasonably priced one for sale on EBAY right now . https://www.ebay.com/itm/363556723324  . It is a 69/70 only 15/16  sway bar unlike what the poor description claims.
