Looking for this exact car. Iso S4 or Fidia sold in Detroit in 1977

Originally as S4 this Giugiaro deigned Iso had  Chevy 327 but maybe because Erich Bitter poisoned relations between Iso and Chevy they switched to Ford 351s it their cars. This one used the Fidia name GM Engineering had s bunch of furrin' cars for use by Bill Mitchell, Zora Duntov, John DeLorean. I've heard it was rough, i heard it was pristine but it sold for over $16,000,
