ranger 10x2.5 brakes

  Some people are using the Ford Ranger 10x2.5 drums, shoes and wheel cylinders
because they could not find the mustang ones .  When doing so is the standard
E brake set up and brake hardware from the 66 Shelby still the same?

What about the F-150 brakes? Isn't that the same as the old Galaxie parts, already 9" ready?
