Something missing on my shifter

  Check out the photos.
    I bought this shifter handle a few years back to install on my tribute car.  But, the handle you depress is not there, and, if you look at the photo of the Ford shifter, the Fomoco piece is not going to fit inside the new cool handle.
   So, is there an additional piece I can buy?  Any help is appreciated.

  Yep, I get that.  And the one in your photo appears to be round whereas the one in my photo of the 67' Fomoco deluxe interior original is oval shaped.  It is not going to work in the wood handle.

   It is not in the NPD catalog.  Again, any ideas.  I've never owned a 69/70 Mustang, so, might the round trigger be from that?
  I don't imagine they went too far to remake the trigger.
