The "market" fluctuates considerably on these cars. I'd advise that that price is not necessarily representative of the value and probably is a really good buy at that number.

Who knows why it didn't sell. Auctioneers would probably say something like "the right buyer wasn't in the room"?

Was contacted by one of the possible bidders to go look at the car but they canceled at the last minute. Didn't ask why and didn't really matter for me at that point.
