I have ordered a copy of the  registry, but have questions as to if warrant tag info is in it or build date..The previous owner is deceased and trying to work through some puzzle pieces

Specific warranty tag information is not in the registry

It sounds like you are missing the warranty tag. That information can be worked through, but its much easier to order a Marti report. That report will have the specific dates for the car
