opinions on front license plate bkts - 2022 Mach 1?

In NJ we have front and rear plates.
I'm figuring that between the performance potential, the noise, and the flashy appearance... amongst the last things I need is another excuse to attract attention (as a no-front-plate scofflaw).
But... I'm NOT drilling those holes in my front bumper.
The options that I've seen that show promise are below... each one seems to have some (slight?) risk or downside.
1. "tow hook" placement.
2. Lower grille location (method is unclear to me) - this seems like it could block airflow to the coolers(?)
3. "Craig's" bracket using super-double-face tape (tape goes on underside of bumper)
4. "Sto and Sho" type that mounts under the splitter (this seems very likely to hit the ground on driveway aprons and such?)

Anyone have 1st hand experience?
Thanks in advance. Mark
