Also should mention the engine modifications for good or bad will factor into the equation.

Shouldn't matter much since the original heads and carb are included. Let's face it these were standard (normal) production drivelines so parts are plentiful - not like 65/6 K Code stuff.

The seller did not purchase the car.

It appears to me the buyer did extremely well unless there are some real issues with the car not evident from the posting.  I would say exceptionally well bought.

purchased at a fair price considering it's a GT threefidy not a 500

Looking at 2024 YTD sales, I would have waited and purchased a 500 in excellent condition for $100-150,000

Not concourse, but excellent

The market has spoken car sold at $61,600

Having put 351W cars back to stock I think you are off on the availability of 1969 specific 351W parts. 40 years ago they were HARD to find. The damper and crank pulley were 1969 specific and many of those engines by the early 80s were replaced and scrapped out for 351Cs or later production 351W which I would hunt for a 69 4V intake, damper pulley and pointer to put on as well as a radiator to make the engine look stock "1969". I'd argue 289 HiPo parts made over 5 years would be more plentiful.
