Interior quarter trim boot snaps

I am looking for more original looking boot snaps than the ones I purchased.  These are swaged into the interior rear quarter panels in a convertible Mustang.  The ones I purchased would certainly work but they look very different from the originals.

It's possible to find NOS or NORS ones in Ebay.

Some older automotive upholstery shops usually have the correct "vintage" convertible trim snap buttons.

The current replacements don't match up well with the originals. I think...the contours of the stamping are a bit different than the original stuff and the metal is a little thinner on the current replacements?

Also, those snaps weren't only installed in Ford products. The "Big 3" auto makers used those too.
