Original '66 Shelby Cobra Intake For Sale SALE PENDING

I have a nice unmolested '66 Shelby Cobra aluminum intake for sale. It is a S2MS intake with large letter Cobra. The intake has original patina with some blue over spray on the front. The cover is still on the bottom. The original heater hose fitting and temp sending unit are still installed. The rear passenger side has threaded holes with one of them having a plug in it. I am going to let the new owner clean the intake so they can get the desired finish they like. Price is $800 plus shipping. Email gandcmurphy@rogers.com for pictures. Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the over the counter version for a 66, is that correct?

It appears to be a correct assembly line part from the angle of the photo.

No coil mounting hole like the later years, Cobra script, small S2MS and 4 hole venturi.

Its real for all but the very early cars. I just restored (2)  for another restorer

On 6S1078 the firing order embossing is on the back of the intake not on the front runner as this.
