65/66 drive shaft loop

when installing this part, do new holes need to be drilled, or does it utilize existing nuts/bolts?

[1967 eight barrel]

They utilize the seat belt bolt  threads that extend through the floorpan in the driveshaft tunnel.  Two 7/16 -20 jamb nuts to my recollection.
