Original Firestone Wide Oval

So, I found what I think is a vintage Firestone Wide Oval tire (mounted and still holding air) in the trunk of a car I just brought into the garage.  Here's some of the script I could make out:

9UR2 BD50160
Super Sports F70-14
Sup R Belt
DOT VCLD Y4A713
DOT 147 E3B

The tread looks like it was never used-raised white lettering cleaned up to nearly perfect and painted dots are clearly on the back of the rim.  Can anyone assist in dating this thing.  Thx.
